This Town Board has met at the time and place specified in.

Board to speak either ¢or or against any o~ the i~ems in the
proposed budget, the hearing en the budget was forma&ly close6
a~ 2:i0 P.M.
Moved by Justice Hawkins; seconded by Justice Case: On roll
call unanimously adopted.
Resolved: That this Town Boar~ does hereby adopt such pre-
