I. I am the Executor of the Last Will and Testament of the above named decedent, as
well as a beneficiary thereof entitled to one-half (1/2) of the decedent's net estate.
The beneficiary of the remaining one-half (112) of the decedent's estate is my
brother, William Apostolidcs.
2. Pan of the assets of the decedent includes a single-family dwelling located at 345
Captain Kidd Drive, Mauiluck, New York 11952, also known on the Suffolk
County Tax Map as District 1000 Section 106 Block 05 and Lot 05.
3. I have been furnished with an appraisal for the subject property (copy annexed)
which appraises the market value of the real property as of April 4, 2002, the date
of the decedent's death, at $267,500.00.
4. I agree that the fair and reasonable value of the subject real property is $267,500.00.
5. I understand that William Apostolides wishes to take title to the aforementioned real
property as part of his distributive share in the estate.
6. I consent to and hereby authorize the conveyance and/or transfer of title of the I
subject real property to William Apostolides for the sum of$267,500 which amount I
will be credited against his one-half (1/2) distributive share in th~ estate.
7. I have read this affidavit, understand all of its terms and fully give my consent to
this conveyance as part of William Apostolides' distributive share.
