County, New York, more particularly bounded and described as follows: Beginning at a monument on the
easterly side of Grand Avenue distant South 27 degrees 45' 55" East 200.68 feet from the comer formed by
the Intersection 01 the easterly side 01 Grand Avenue with the southerly side 01 Mill Road, said point also being
the southwesterly comer 01 land of Grace L. Schanz, Trustee of Schanz Properly Trust A; from said point of

Being and Intended to be a portion of the premises devised to the parties of the first part under the aforesaid
will. This deed is given pursuant to Agreement between the parties of the first part dated January 14, 1997 In
distribution of the property of William H. Drum under the aforesaid will.
TOGETHER with all righ~ UUe and Interes~ if any. of the party of the first part in and to any streets and roads
abulling the above described premises to the center lines thereof, TOGETHER with the appurtenances and all
the estate and rights of the party of the first part in and to said premises; TO HAVE AND TO HOLD the
premises herein granted unto the party 01 the second part, the heirs or successors and assigns 01 the party 01
the second part forever.
AND the party of the first part covenants that the party of the first part has not done or sullered anything
whereby the said premises have been encumbered in any way whatever. except as aforesaid.
AND the party 01 the first part, in compliance with Section 13 01 the Lien Law. covenants that the party 01 the
first part will receive the consideration for this conveyance and will hold the right to receive euch consideration
as a trust fund to be applied first for the purpose of paying the cost of the improvement and will apply the seme
lirst to the payment 01 the cost 01 the Improvement before using any part of the total of the same lor any other
purpose. The word "party" shall be construed as il it read "parties' when ever the sen.e of this indenture so
requires.
