BEING & INTENDED to be the same premises conveyed to Arthur Sammartino and Muriel
Sammartino, by deed from Jon C. Kerbs and William Lakowitz, dated February 24, 1983,
recorded March 4, 1983 in Liber 9322 Page 380.
SAID premises are known and designated as Dist. 1000, Sec. 137.00, Block 01.00,
Lot 019.005.
TOGETHER with all right, title and interest, if any, of the party of the first part in and to any streets and roads
abutting the above described premises to the center lines thereof; TOGETHER with the appurtenances, and also all
the estate therein, which the party of the first part has or has powerto conveyor dispose of, whether individually, or
by virtue of said will or otherwise; TO HAVE AND TO HOLD the premises herein granted unto the party of the
second part, the distributees or successors and assigns of the party of the second part forever.
AND the party of the first part covenants that the party of the first part has not done or suffered anything whereby
the said premises have been incurpbered in any way whatever, except as aforesaid.
