Land Surveyor, last dated 3/7/2001; said proposed lots, when taken together, are more particularly bounded
and described as follows:
BEGINNING at a point on the southerly side of Wickham Avenue (formerly Old Middle Road) distant 134.00
feet easterly from the corner formed by the intersection of the easterly side of Mary's Road and the southerly
side of Wickham Avenue;
RUNNING THENCE along the southerly side of Wickham Avenue the following two (2) courses and distances:
1. North 61 degrees 00 minutes 53 seconds East, 159.89 feet to a point;
2, North 59 degrees 18 minutes 09 seconds East, 215.61 feet to land now or formerly of John E. Clause and
Joanna Paulson;
THENCE along said land South 28 degrees 56 minutes 31 seconds East, 201.40 feet to a point;
THENCE still along said land now or formerly of John E. Clause and Joanna Paulson North 52 degrees 54
minutes 59 seconds East, 137.00 feet to land now or formerly of Mario Belletti and Florence. Belletti;
THENCE along said land of Belletti the following two (2) courses and distances: 1. North 58 degrees 42
minutes 09 seconds East, 200,74 feet; 2. North 18 degrees 45 minutes 21 seconds West, 105.14 feet to land
now or formerly of Sidor;
THENCE along said land now or formerly of Sidor South 30 degrees 38 minutes 46 seconds East, 1270.83 feet
to the northerly side of Middle Road (C.R. 48);
THENCE along the northerly side of Middle Road (C.R. 48) South 38 degrees 43 minutes 03 seconds West,
220.28 feet to land of the County of Suffolk;
THENCE along said land of the County of Suffolk the following two (2) courses and distances: 1. North 51
degrees 16 minutes 57 seconds West, 427.45 feet; 2. South 64 degrees 17 minutes 07 seconds West, 565.10
feet to the easterly side of Mary's Road; '. ,
THENCE along the easterly side of Mary's Road North 27 degrees 17 minutes 46 seconds West, 790.67 feet to
land now or formerly of John J. Sidor, Jr. and Catherine Sidor;
THENCE along said land North 61 degrees 00 minutes 53 seconds East, 134.00 feet to a point;
THENCE North 27 degrees 17 minutes 46 seconds West, 200,00 feet to the southerly side of Wickham Avenue
(formerly Old Middle Road), the point or place of BEGINNING.
BEING AND INTENDED TO BE the same premises conveyed to the party of the first part by deed dated
3/11/96, recorded 3/21/96 in Liber 11766 page 905.
This deed is to correct the name of the owner, the party of the first part and
the party of the second part being the same person.
TOGETHER with all right, title and interest, if any, of the party of the first part in and to any streets and roads
abutting the above described premises to the center lines thereof; TOGETHER with the appurtenances and all
the estate and rights of the party of the first part in and to said premises; TO HAVE AND TO HOLD the
premises herein granted unto the party of the second part, the heirs or successors and assigns of the party of
the second part forever.
AND the party of the first part covenants that the party of the first part has not done or suffered anything
whereby the saki premises have been encumbered in any way whatever, except as aforesaid.
