THENCE North 38 degrees 14 minutes 30 seconds West. 161.01 feet;
THENCE North 51 degrees 21 minutes 10 seconds East. 253.91 feet to the southwesterly side of Elijah's Lane;
THENCE South 38 degrees 38 minutes 50 second East along the southwesterly side of Elijah's Lane, 161.00 feet to
the point or place of BEGINNING.
BEING AND INTENDED TO BE the same premises conveyed to Marcella Zimnoski by deed dated 7/23/81, recorded
7/28/81 In Uber 9043 page 18 In the Suffolk County Clerk's OffICe.
TOGETHER with all right, tille and interest, if any, of the party of the firsl part in and to any streets and roeds abutting
the above described premises to the center lines thereat, TOGETHER with the appurtenances and all the estate and
rights of tha party of the first part in and to said premises; TO HAVE ANQ TO HOLD the premises herein granted
unto the party of tha second part, the heirs or successors and assigns of the party of the second part fanaver.
AND the party of the first part covenants that the party of the first part has not done or suffered anything whereby the

AND the party of the first part, in compliance with secUon 13 Of the Lien Law, covenants that the party of the first part
