ALL that certain piece or parcel of land, situate, lying and being in
the Town of Southold, County of Suffolk and State of New York, known
and designated as Lot No. 13 on a certain map entitled "Map of Elijah's
Lane Estates, Section 1" and filed in the Office of the Clerk of the County
of Suffolk on February 14, 1974, as Map Number 6065; said lot being
more particularly bounded and described as follows:
BEGINNING at a point on the southwesterly side of Elijah's Road
where the same is intersected by the division line between Los 12 and 13
as shown on the aforesaid map, said point or place of beginning being
distant 449.00 feet northwesterly as measured along the southwesterly
side of Elijah's Road from the northwesterly end of a curve having a
radius of 25.00 feet and a length of 39.27 feet, which said curve connects
the southwesterly side of Elijah's Road with the northwesterly side of
Tabor Road.
RUNNING THENCE from said point or place of beginning along the
division line between Lots 12 and 13 South 51 degrees 21 minutes 10
seconds West 256.15 feet to land nor or formerly of Elijah's Lane Estates;
RUNNING THENCE along said land North 38 degrees 14 minutes
50 seconds West 160.00 feet to the division line between Lots 13 and 14
as shown on the map first above-mentioned;
RUNNING THENCE along said division line North 51 degrees 21
minutes 10 seconds East 255.03 feet to the southwesterly side of Elijah's
Road; and
