ALL THAT CERTAIN plot, piece or parcel of land with the buildings or improvements
thereon, erected, situate, lying and being at Greenport, Town of Southold, County of
Suffolk and State of New York, being known and designated as Lots No. 22 and 23 on a
certain map entitled, "Map of Greenport Shores, Section One", made from surveys
completed. February 13,1950, by Otto W. Van Toyt, which map was filed in the Suffolk
County Clerk's Office on June 29, 1950, as Map No. 1759.

SCHEDULE B
The Seller shall have a Right of First Refusal 10 pun:hase the premises from the purchaser or any
other owner of the premises who has obtained tille 10 the premises other lhan by a bonafide pun:hase fur

10 a third peny. In the event pun:haser reaches llgleementto sell the premises to a third pany, then

Contract of Sale with such third pany, and a notice that seller shall have ten days from seller's receipt of
