Moved by Trustee Larsen seconded by Trustee Krupski it was RESOLVED to Waiver the need of a wetland permit for the construction of wood decks, 79' x 8', 68' x 8', and 10' x 8' as submitted on the application for a Building Permit. I., NEW YORK 11971 (516) 765-3010 RESOLUTION - MARCH 27, 1986 APPROVE/DENY a request for a WAIVER of the Wetland Ordinance as submitted by Armando's Seafood Barge, Main Road, Southold for the construction of wood decks, 79' x 8', 68' x 8', and 10' x 8' as submitted on the application for a Building Permit. Project is located on Main Road, Southold, New York. I tried to contact Mr. Cappa to ask if he has a detailed drawing of the plan for the docks. I took the dimensions off of the Plot Diagram as submitted. If you need additional information, please let me know. (Building Inspector) _,PLICATION FOR BUILDING PERMI',~ INSTRUCTIONS a. This application must be completely filled in by typewriter or in ink and submitted to the Building Inspector, with 3 ts of plans, accurate plot plan to scale. Fee according to schedule. b. Plot plan showing location of lot and of buildings on premises, relationship to adjoining premises or public streets areas, and giving a detailed description of layout of property must be drawn on the diagram which is part of this appli- tion. c. The work covered by this application may not be commenced before issuance of Building Permit. d. Upon approval of this application, the Building Inspector will issued a Building Permit to the applicant. Such permit all be kept on the premises available for inspection throughout the work. e. No building shall be occupied or used in whole or in part for any purpose whatever until a Certificate of Occupancy all have been granted by the Building Inspector.
