By resolution of the Board it was determined that (a) Strict application of the Ordinance (would) (would not) produce practical hardship because SEE REVERSE difficulties or unnecessary (b) The hardship created (is) (is not) uraque and (would) (would not) be shared by aH properties alike in the immediate vicinity of this property and in the same use district because SEE REVERSE (c) The variance (does) (does not) observe the spirit of the Ordinance and (would) change the character of the district because SEE REVERSE (would not) and therefore, it was farther determined that the requested variance ( ) be granted ( ) be denied and that the previous decisions of the Building Inspector ( ) be confirmed ( ) be reversed. The findings of the Board are that the applicant has had problems ~ith vandalism and fires. Permission to enlarge the ordinarily permitted 1' x2' no t~esspassing sign may help in preventing vandalism. The Board agrees ~ith the reasoning of the applicant. Location of sign should be at least five feet from any property line, at t~e intersection Of private road ~hich intersects the private road - ~illo~ Point Road.
