ONING BOARD OF APPEALS
B~S~retary Pro Ism
After investigation and inspection the Board finds that
the applicant proposes to erect over-sized on premises
residential sign 3' x 4'. The findings of the Board are
that the applicant has had problems ~ith vandalism and fires.
Permission to enlarge the ordinarily permitted 1' x2' no
t~esspassing sign may help in preventing vandalism. The
Board agrees ~ith the reasoning of the applicant. Location
of sign should be at least five feet from any property line,
at t~e intersection Of private road ~hich intersects the
private road - ~illo~ Point Road.
The Board finds that the public convenience and ~slfare
and justice ~ill be served and the legally established or
permitted use of neighborhood property and adjoining use
districte ~ill not be permanently or substantially injured
and the spirit of the Ordinance ~ill be observed
On motion by mr. Grigonis, seconded by ~. Hulse, it ~as
