GILLOOLY, residing at I Sandburg Court Drive, Mahwah, New Jersey 07430-3167, Party of the first part, and LISA GILLOOLY, residing at 397 Carriage Lane, Wyckoff, New Jersey, 07481, Party of the second part, WITNESSETH, that the party of the first part, in consideration of Ten ($10.00) and no/100 dollars paid by the party of the second part, does hereby grant and release unto the party of the second part, the heirs or successors and assigns of the party of the second part forever, ALL that certain plot, piece or parcel ofland, with the buildings and improvem~nts thereon erected, situate, lying, and being in the Town of South old, County of Suffolk, and State of New York, more particularly described on the attached Schedule A.
