THIS INDENTURE, made the 7 day of November, 200 I.
BETWEEN RICHARD J. GILLOOLY, residing at I Sandburg Court Drive, Mahwah, New
Jersey 07430-3167, Party of the first part,
and
LISA GILLOOLY, residing at 397 Carriage Lane, Wyckoff, New Jersey, 07481, Party of the
second part,
WITNESSETH, that the party of the first part, in consideration of
Ten ($10.00) and no/100 dollars
paid by the party of the second part, does hereby grant and release unto the party of the second part, the heirs
or successors and assigns of the party of the second part forever,
ALL that certain plot, piece or parcel ofland, with the buildings and improvem~nts thereon erected, situate,
lying, and being in the Town of South old, County of Suffolk, and State of New York, more particularly
described on the attached Schedule A.
Subject to and together with rights of way of record, and subject to covenants, restrictions and agreements of
record, if any.

AND the party of the first part covenants that the party of the first part has not done or suffered anything
whereby the said premises have been encumbered in any way whatever, except as aforesaid.
AND the party of the first part, in compliance with Section 13 of the Lien Law, covenants that the party of
the first part will receive the consideration for this conveyance and will hold the right to receive such
consideration as a trust fund to be applied first for the purpose of paying the cost of the improvement and
will apply the same first to the payment of the cost of the improvement before using any part of the total of
the same for any other purpose. The word "party" shall be construed as if it read "parties" whenever the
sense of this indenture so requires.
This conveyance is made pursuant to a property settlement and support agreement made between the Parties
on the 19th day of July, 200 I.

ALL that certain plot, piece or parcel ofland with the buildings and improvements
thereon erected, situate, lying and being in the Town of Southold, County of Suffolk, and
State of New York, bounded and described as follows:
BEGINNING at a point on the northerly side of Main Road distant 86.68 feet westerly
from the comer formed by the intersection of the northerly side of Main Road with the
westerly side of Youngs Avenue;
RUNNING THENCE North 78 degrees, 48 minutes, 40 seconds West along the northerly
side of Main Road, 94.45 feet;
THENCE along land now or formerly of Wasilewski (1) North 21 degrees, 57 minutes,
30 seconds East 144.76 feet and (2) North 65 degrees, 19 minutes, 00 seconds West 30.0
feet;
THENCE North 23 degrees, 17 minutes, 00 seconds East 147.24 feet to the southerly side
ofa 30 foot right of way;
THENCE South 70 degrees, 10 minutes, 40 seconds East along the southerly side of said
right of way 80.01 feet;
THENCE along land now or formerly of Campbell (1) South 16 degrees, 21 minutes, 50
seconds West 133.36 feet; and (2) South 76 degrees, 07 minutes, 10 seconds East 23.0
feet; and
THENCE South 20 degrees, 34 minutes, 00 seconds West 149.27 feet to the northerly
side of Main Road, and the point or place of BEGINNING.
Being and intended to be the same premises conveyed by Richard 1. Gillooly,
individually and House at Orient, Inc. to Richard 1. Gillooly by deed dated May 29,1990
and recorded in the Office of the Clerk of the County of Suffolk on May 30, 1990 in
Liber 11075 of Deeds at page 253.
