Edelman and the northwest corner of the parcel about to be described and which point of beginning is the following five courses and distances from the monument marking the point of beginning of Parcel I herein: I. South 12 degrees 45 minutes East 142.90 feet along the easterly side of Long Creek Bridge Road to a point; 2. North 58 degrees 02 minutes 20 seconds East 60 feet along the northerly side of the private right of way to a point; 3.
