Commencing at a point formed by the intersection of the Northerly line of August
A~st with the easterly side of Bridge Road, thence running Northerly, by and with
Bridge Road, a distance of one hundred feet (100'), to other land belonging to John
T. Muttit, thence Easterly by and with said land of John T. Muttit, a distance of one
hundred forty feet (140'), thence Southerly, by and with land of John T. Muttit, a
distance of one hundred feet (100') to land of August Arml::rust, thence Westerly by and
with land of August Armbrust, a distance of one hundred forty feet (140'), to the
easterly side of Bridge Road, the point or place of beginning.
Also, all that parcel of land at the same place bounded on the West one hundred feet
(100') by the parcel above described; on the North ten feet (10') by land of Newell
M. Muttit and Frances White; on the East one hundred feet (100') by land of Newell M.
Muttit; on the South ten feet (10') by land of Cecil D. Armbrust.
Said last above described parcel being subject to the rights of others of record over
the same as a right of way for access to Mattituck Creek, if any.
BEING AND INTENDED TO BE the same premises conveyed to MILTON JACKOWSKI and JENNIE
JACKOWSKI by deed dated February 8, 1940 and recorded in the Office of the Clerk of
the County of Suffolk:.bi1..F'~bruary 9, 1940 in Liber 2086 page 24.
TOGETHER with all right, title and interest, if any, of the party of the first part in and to any streets and roads
abutting the above described premises to the center lines thereof; TOGETHER with the appurtenances, and also all
the; estate which the said decedent had at the time of decedent's death in said premises, and also the estate therein,
which the party of the first part has or has power to conveyor dispose of, whether individually, or by virtue of said
will or otherwise; TO HAVE AND TO HOLl> the premises herein granted unto the party of the second part, the
heirs or successors and assigns of the party of the second part forever.
AND the party of the first part covenants that the party of the first part has not done or suffered anything whereby the
said premises have been incumbered in any way whatever, except as aforesaid.
party of the first part, in compliance with Section 13 of the Lien Law, covenants that the party of the first

fund to be applied first for the pUlpose of paying the cost of the improvement and will apply the same first to the
