AMENDMENTS TO PERMITS A-10 Moved by Stephen Angell, seconded by Allan Connell, it was RESOLVED to recommend to the Southold Town Board of Trustees APPROVAL WlTfl A STIPULATION of the Amendment of Permit request of SERGE ROZENBAUM 59-5-12 to modify permit to allow permittee to reconstruct his dock at 3.5~ x 76~ at 3.5~ over grade instead of the approved 2.5~ x 76~ at 3~ over grade.
