Being the same premises deed into the decedent, Emanuel Tsontos, by deed dated July 13,1977, recorded
July 13, 1977 in Liber 8268 Page 426, as corrected by deed dated February 16, 1978, and recorded on
February 18, 1~78 in Liber 8389 Page 273.
Said premises also being known as 1065 Mill Road, Mallituck, New York.
