between JOSEPH A. VITALE, JR., individually and as sole heir and distributee of his late father,
Joseph A. Vitale, deceased, residing at 745 West Mill Road, Mattituek, New Yode 11952,
party of the first pan. and
JOSEPH A. VITALE, JR., residing at 745 West Mill Road, Mattituck, New York 11952,
party ofthe second part
WITNESSETH. that the party of the first part, in consideration of ONE (5 1.00) dollar, lawful
money ofthc United States, paid by the pony of the second part, docs hereby grant and release unto the
party of the second pan. the heirs or successors lInd wigns of the party oflbe second pan forever,
ALL that certain plOl, piece or pareel of land, with the buildings and improvements thereon
erected, situate, lying and being in the Town of South old, at Manituck, Counly of Suffolk, State of New
York, known and designated as lot No. 25 on a certain map entitled, "Map of Jacksons Landing" and
filed in the Office or the Clerk of the County ofSulTolk on MlU'Ch 28.1969, as Map No. 5280.
BEING AND INTENDED TO BE the smne premises conveyed to the party of the first part by
deed dated Augusi 4, 1978 and recorded in the Office of the Clerk of the County of Suffolk on May 16,
1979 in Libcr 8625, page 416.
This deed is being made to clarify the devolution of title by reason ofthe death ofa co-owner,
Subject to CO\'enanls, easements. restrictions, reservations and d~IUI'l1tions of record, if any.
Subject to any stale of 11Ic:ts an aceuralc survey mllY show.
This conveyance is madc in the regular course of business by the party of the first part with the
unanimous consent of its stockholders.
TOGETHER with all right, title and interest, irony, ofthe panyofthe first pan in and to any
streets and roads abutting the above deseribed premises to the center lines lhereof,
TOGETHER with the appunenances and all the estate and rights of the pany Dfthe first part in

requires.
