Again, it's a $50 fee (check made payable to: Town of Southold); we need the attached form fdled out with the detailed description of the project (feel free to use a separate page if necessary); two copies of the project plans with project details; and a copy of the permit you wish to amend. Once you submit your application, we can fully review the project and if this becomes a Full Amendment request we will contact you to let you know that you will need to notice the adjacent property owners of this proposed project. Our next expected Trustee Board Meeting is expected to be Wed. March 23, 2011 at 6pm at the Town Hall Main Meeting Hall. The field inspection for your project is expected to be on Wed. That if future operations of the Town of Southold require the removal and/or alterations in the location of the work herein authorized, or if, in the opinion of the Board of Trustees, the work shall cause unreasonable obstruction to free navigation, the said Permittee will he required, upon due notice, to remove or alter this work project herein stated without expenses to the Town of Southold. The Permittee is required to provide evidence that a copy of this Trustee permit has been recorded with the Suffolk County Department of Real Properties Office as a notice covenant and deed restriction to the deed of the subject parcel. The deck is proposed to be repaired/replace within the same footprint that currently exists. The material is yet to be determined either wood, composite materials or a stone wall with soil behind and paving stones used for surface area.
