roads abutting the above-described premises to the center lines thereof; TOGETHER with the appurtenances
end all the estate end fights of the party of thc first part in end to said p~*~niscs; TO HAVE AND TO HOLD
the premises herein granted unto the party ofthe second part, the heirs or successors and assigns of the party of
