in the Town of Southold, County of Suffolk and State of New York, known as Lot
Number 2 on "Map of Salt Lake Village, Mattituck, Long Island" prepared by Otto
Van Tuyl, C.E., filed in the Suffolk County Clerk's Office on May 10th, 1940 as
Map No. 1310 more particularly bounded and described according to said Map
as follows:
BEGINNING at a point on the southerly side of Old Salt Road (20 feet wide)
75.00 feet westerly from the westerly end of a curve connectiqg the westerly lot
line of lot 4 with the southerly side of Old Salt Road, said point of beginning also
being the division line between lots 2 and 3; . ..
RUNNING THENCE from said point or place of beginning southerly along said
division line at a 90 degree angle from Old Salt Road 157~70 feet to the High
Water Mark of the Peconic Bay as existed on April 26th, 2007;
Conitinuing along said division line at a 90 degree angle from Old Salt Road
.extending past the current High Water Mark of the Peconic Bay an addtional
