THIS IS TO CERTIFY THAT THE FOLLOWING RESOLUTION NO. 2008-173 WAS
ADOPTED AT THE REGULAR MEETING OF THE SOUTHOLD TOWN BOARD ON
FEBRUARY 12, 2008:
WHEREAS, Mydon Resorts, Inc. has made application to the Town Board of the Town of
Southold to dedicate certain roads in Greenport, New York, to be known as "part of QUEEN
STREET", as shown on the site plan entitled "Eastern Long Island Kampground", approved by
the Southold Town Planning Board by resolution adopted on September 11, 2006, together with
the release executed by the owner thereof; and
WHEREAS, the Southold Town Superintendent of Highways has inspected the said highways
and has advised the Town Board that said proposed highways comply in all respects with the
specifications for the dedication of highways in the Town of Southold; now, therefore be it
RESOLVED, that in accordance with Section 171 of the Highway Law of the State of New
York, consent bev and the same hereby is~ given to the Superintendent of Highways to make
an order laying out the aforesaid highways~ to consist of lands described in said application
as shown on certain maps attached to said application~ and be it
FURTHER RESOLVED, that the Town Clerk bev and she hereby is, authorized and
directed to forthwith cause the dedication, release~ and deed to be recorded in the Office of
the Clerk of the County of Suffolk, New York.

26th day of October, 2006, for the laying out of new highways at Greenport, in
the Town of Southoid, to be known as part of QUEEN STREET, do hereby

Penalties
Any granlor or grantee failing to file a return or to pay any tax within the
time required shall be subject to a penalty of 10% of the amount of tax due
plus an interest penalty of 2% of such amount for each month of delay or
fraclion thereof after the expiration of the first month after such return was
required to be filed or the tax became due. However, the interest penalty
shall not exceed 25% in the aggregate.

seconds East 186.91 from an iron pipe marking the northeasterly corner of land of Susan Ellsworth; from said
point of beginning running thence North 50 degrees 52 minutes l0 seconds East, a distance of 19.23 feet along
the southerly side of CR 48; thence South 11 degrees 17 minutes l0 seconds East, a distance of 690.92 feet;
thence South 08 degrees 17 minutes 20 seconds East, a distance of 60.00 feet; thence South 81 degrees 42
minutes 40 seconds West, a distance of 17.00 feet; thence North 08 degrees 17 minutes 20 seconds West, a
distance of 59.56 feet; thence North 11 degrees 17 minutes 10 seconds West, a distance of 681.50 feet to the
point of BEGINNING.
BEING AND INTENDED TO BE part of the same premises as conveyed to the party of the first part
by deed dated December 5, 1974 and recorded in the Suffolk County Clerk's Office on January 6, 1975 in Liber

This conveyance is made in the regular course of business actually conducted by the party of the first

THIS IS TO CERTIFY THAT THE FOLLOWING RESOLUTION NO. 2008-173 WAS
ADOPTED AT THE REGULAR MEETING OF THE SOUTHOLD TOWN BOARD ON
FEBRUARY 12, 2008:
WHEREAS, Mydon Resorts, Inc. has made application to the Town Board of the Town of
Southold to dedicate certain roads in Greenport, New York, to be known as "part of QUEEN
STREET", as shown on the site plan entitled "Eastern Long Island Kampground", approved by
the Southold Town Planning Board by resolution adopted on September 11,2006, together with
the release executed by the owner thereof', and
WHEREAS, the Southold Town Superintendent of Highways has inspected the said highways
and has advised the Town Board that said proposed highways comply in all respects with the
specifications for the dedication of highways in the Town of Southold; now, therefore be it
RESOLVED, that in accordance with Section 171 of the Highway Law of the State of New
York, consent beT and the same hereby is~ given to the Superintendent of Highways to make
an order laying out the aforesaid highways~ to consist of lands described in said application
as shown on certain maps attached to said application; and be it
FURTHER RESOLVED, that the Town Clerk beT and she hereby is~ authorized and
directed to forthwith cause the dedication~ release~ and deed to be recorded in the Office of
