RUNNING THENCE along said land of now or fanneriy of Chltuk, North 44 degrees 31 minutes 40 seconds
East, 200.00 reet to a monument;
RUNNING THENCE along land of now or formerly of Gagen and Flor, the following two (2) courses and
distances:
1. South 45 degrees 28 minutes 20 seconds East, 120.00 reet to a monument;
2. South 44 degrees 31 minutes 40 seconds West, 200.00 reet to a monument on said northeasterly line of
