I make this affidavit ]mowing that the Town of Southold will rely upon the truth of the matters set forth herein in reviewing my application for apre- existing use letter/certificate of occupancy. 2. Incorporated herein by reference is a survey prepared by Stanley J. Isaksen, L.S. last dated January 17, 2008. 3. My family has awned the premises shown om the survey prior to 1957. 4. The `4+vood frame residence" (with the exception of the addition covered by Certificate of Occupancy Numbered 22588 dated October 27, 1966) and the "barn" existed in their present location prior to the enactment of zoning in the Town of Southold (1957). 5. The "frame building "(14.3x20.3) currently in the North West comer of the parcel ltad been initially built along Sound Avenue and was moved to its present location prior to 1957. 6. My family owned the farm to the North and East of these premises. The "pond" shown on the survey is in fact a low point on my property which was filled by drainage from the sunroundimg farm. I cleaned up the same with a liner anal walkway to create a gold fish pond. WHEREFORE, your deponent asks that apre-existing use letterlcertificate of occupancy be issued by the Town of Southold for the `Svood flame residence", "ham" and "frame building" (20.3x14.3) shown on survey dated 7anuary 17, 2008.
