Mr. McDonald: That was sent to the Health Department and then went to the Board of Review and the Board of Review denied it and told thom they need the community water supply system there. Mr. Russell: You mean a~ water main going down the Main Road? Mr. McDonald: Not necessarily down the Main Road maybe somewhere on site instead of having all separate wells, they have to have a community water supply. Everyone talking. Ms. Scopaz: I don't recall whether they have Health Department approval. I doubt it with the water. I think they have to test each separately. In other words, if they didn't put it in the community system (inaudible). Everyone talking. Mr. McDonald: Drill on every lot? Ms. Scopaz: We would have to check the files on it. Mr. Russell: Could the Planning Board please give us a definite situation of what Cove Beach and we are required to do? It is just dragging on for months and months and years and you keep on coming up and telling us we have to do something else all the time. Mr. Orlowski: We are not telling you, the Health Department is telling us. Mrs Reese was in here two months ago. Gerry McLean: He was suppose to be in here tonight with his lawyer, I don' t know what happened. Ms. Spiro: They called and said they weren't coming to the hearing. Unknown woman: Oh. ~SOUTHOLD TOWN PLANNING BOARD 16 MAY 24, 1993 Mr. Orlowski: He is familiar with all of this, he was here two months ago and we discussed it.
