in the Town of Southold, Suffolk County, New York, bounded and described as follows:
BEGINNING at a point on the northerly side of Oregon Road distant 218 feet easterly
from the easterly line of land now or formerly of Alex Bonkowski said point or place
of beginning also being the southwesterly corner of the premises hereinafter describes
and the southwesterly corner of land now or formerly of Alex Zanieski; running thence
North 39 degrees 55 minutes 20 seconds West 173.27 feet to a point; thence North 49
degrees 27 minutes 40 seconds East 255 feet to a point; thence North 49 degrees 27
minutes 40 seconds East 255 feet to a point; thence South 40 degrees 49 minutes '40
seconds West along the northerly side of Oregon Road 157.73 feet to the point or
place of beginning. Said parcel of proeprty conssiting of 1.016 acres and being and
intended to be the same premises conveyed by Alexander Zanieski to Anthony J. Zanieski
and Dolores Zanieski, his wife, by deed dated March 19, 1979 and recorded at the
Suffolk County Clerk's Office on March 20, 1979 in Liber 8599 of Conveyances- at Page 1
BEING AND INTENDED to be the same premises conveyed by the parties of the first part
by deed dated February 6, 1984 made by Josephine Zanieski, et al. , which said deed
has been duly recorded in the Office of the Clerk of the County of Suffolk on
February 14, 1984 in Liber 9512 of Conveyances at Page 288.
