RUNNING THENCE NORTH 86 degrees 50 minutes 40 seconds East 30.31 feet;
RUNNING THENCE SOUTH 7 degrees 59 minutes 50 seconds East 251.43 feet to the Northerly side of
Lilac Lane;
RUNNING THENCE along the N0l1herl)' side of Lilac Lane South 69 degrees48 minutes 50 seconds West
30.0 feet;
RUNNING THENCE NORTH 7 degrees 59 minutes 50 seconds West 260.39 feet to the Iloint or Jllace of
BEGINNING.
The above described Ilremises is ~l right-or-way utilized b)' the grantees for premises adjoining said right-
of-way (01' ingress and egress from Lilac Lane and for utility sen'ices.
SAID PREMISES being the same premises conveyed to the p1ll1y of the first part by deed dated October 4, 1999,

TOGETHER with all right, title and interest, if any, of the party of the first part of, in and to any streets and roads

and rights of the party of the first part in and to said premises; TO HAVE AND TO HOLD tile premises herein granted
unto tile party of tile second part, tile heirs or successors and assigns of tile party of the second part forever.
AND the party of the first part covenants tllat tile party of the first part has not done or suffered anytlting whereby the said
premises have been incumbered in any way whatever, except as aforesaid.
AND the party of the first part, in compliance Witll Section 13 of the Lien Law, covenants tllallhe party of the first part
will receive the consideration for this conveyance and will hold the right to receive such consideration as a trust fiUld to be
applied first for the purpose of paying tile cost of the improvement and will apply the same first to the payment of the cost
of the improvement before using any part of the total of th.e same for any other purpose.
