Action: Review staff report and revisions submitted by applicant. Status: Pending approval at April 14, 2008 PB meeting. Recommendations: Consider accepting revisions. Attachments: None • SGDP, LLC Mezynieski, Steven SCTM#: 1000-19-02-10.1 Location: 35675 Main Road in Orient Project Description: Construct a new agricultural storage building Action: Review new agricultural site plan application received on March 20, 2008. PB to consider streamlining the ag. process within Town Code parameters. Status: Pending acceptance from PB and start of process. Recommendations: Consider accepting as submitted, allowing staff to refer out. Attachments: SP application A-1- A-2 • Cutchogue/New Suffolk Free SCTM#: 1000-109-6-2.2 Library Location: 27550 Main Road in Cutchogue Project Description: Alterations to basement & mezzanine levels. Action: Review revised letter received on March 19th and final as-built site plan for approval with draft conditional c/o letter. Status: Issue conditional c/o letter for approval. Recommendations: Consider authorizing chairperson to endorse letter / as-built site plan. Estate of Antone Grigonis SCTM#1000-55-1-5.1 & 55-2-8.5 Location: west and east sides of Young’s Avenue, south of Old North Road, Southold Description: 6-lot conservation subdivision Action: Consider request for extension of conditional sketch approval. Discussion: 1. KPC proposal for second Heritage DEIS review 2. LB zone proposed new use – Special Exception – review and recommend to this week’s Code Committee 2
