ALL that certain plot, piece or parcel of land, situate, lying and being In the Town of Southold, County of
Suffolk, State of New York, known and designated as all of Lot 2A and part of Lots 2, 1 and lA, on a certain
map entitled, "Map of Nassau Farms", and filed In the Suffolk County Clerk's OffIce on March 28, 1935 as Map
No. 1179 bounded and descrtbed as follows: .
BEGINNING at a point which marks the Southwesterly comer of the premises about to be descrtbed, which
point Is North 4 degrees 07 minutes 00 seconds West 165 feet when measured along the division line between
Lots 2 and 3 on said map; from a point where said division line Intersects the Northerly line of Bay Avenue;
and from said point of beginning;
RUNNING THENCE North 4 degrees 07 minutes 00 seconds West along the Easterly side of Lot 3, 3A and 3B,
