ALL mat certain plot, piece or parcel of land, situate, lying and being in the
Town of Soumold, County of Suffolk and State of New York, known and
designated as all that part of lots SO and 5 I as shown on a map entitled Map of
Nassau Farms filed in the Suffolk County Clerk's Office on me 28th day of
March, 1935 as Map No. 1179, and located in me Town of Southold. County of
Suffolk and State of New York, being more particularly described as follows:
BEGINNING at a point on the norlherly line of Sterling Road. 186.16 feet
easterly along said norlherly line from its intersection with the easterly side of
Horton Road;
RUNNING THENCE Norlh 4 degrees 14 minutes 00 seconds West 150.00 feet
to land formerly of Warren Sterling, now or formerly of Dempewolf;
THENCE along said land North 85 degrees 46 minutes 00 seconds East 100.00
feet to land now or tormcrly of L. Guido, Jr.;
THENCE along said land Soum 4 degrees 14 minutes 00 seconds East 150 feet
