Southold, County of Suffolk and State of New York, bounded and described as follows:
BEGINNING ata point in the northerly line of Bay Avenue where the division line of the
premises being described and land now or formerly of Martin intersects said northerly line
of Bay Avenue; said point also being distant easterly 785.00 feet as measured along the
northerly side of Bay Avenue from the intersection of the easterly side of Pine Tree Road
