The first order of business, Board to set Monday, August 22, 1994 at 7:30 P.M. at the Southold Town Hall, Main P,d., Southold as the time and place for the next Planning Board meeting. Public Hearings Mr. Orlowski: 7:30 P.M. Stevens/Hannabury- This lot line change consists of 2 Sou~hold Town Planning Board 2 July 11, 1994 applications that are being reviewed concurrently for Nina Stevens and Joseph Hannabury, et al. It is located on the North side of Oregon Rd.; approximately 150 feet east of Cox Lane in Cutchogue. SCTM# 1000-83-2-8 & 11. I'll ask if there are any objections to this subdivision? Hearing none, are there any endorsements of this subdivision? Deborah Doty: Other than by the owner, no. Mr. Orlowski: Any other endorsements of this subdivision? Hearing none, is there anyone out there neither pro nor con that may have information pertaining to this subdivision that would be of interest to the Board? Mr. McDonald: Mr. Chairman, WHEREAS, Nina Stevens is the owner of the property known and designated as SCTM# 1000-83-2-8 and Joseph C. Hannabury, et al, are the owners of the property known and designated as SCTM# 1000-83-2-11, located on the north side of Oregon Rd.; approximately 150 feet east of Cox Lane in Cutchogue; and WHEREAS, this proposed lot line change consists of 2 applications that are being reviewed concurrently; one to subtract 0.50 acres from a 17.3887 acre parcel (83-2-11) and to add it to a 4.4603 acre parcel (83-2-8), and a second to subtract 0.5 acres from the resulting 4.96 acre parcel and to add it to the resulting 16.887 acre parcel; and WHEREAS, the Southold Town Planning Board, pursuant to the State Environmental Quality Review Act, (Article 8), Part 617, declared itself lead agency and issued a Negative Declaration on June 13, 1994; and WHEREAS, a final public hearing was closed on said subdivision application at the Town Hall, Southold, New York on July 11, 1994; and Southold Town Plannk~g Board 3 July 11, 1994 WHEREAS, all the requirements of the Subdivision Regulations of the Town of Southold have been met; be it therefore RESOLVED, that the Southold Town Planning Board grant conditional final approval on the surveys dated June 1, 1994, and authorize the Chairman to endorse the final surveys subject to fulfillment of the following conditions. All conditions must be met within six (6) months of the date of this resolution. The filing of the new deeds describing the revised property lines. Mr. Markakis: On behalf of the owner, Demetrios Tertis, I understand I was directed to come before the Board and state that they have no objection to facilitate the right-of- way for the association and to concede the 2900 square feet of space. Now, Mrs. Peppentonio has a question. Mary Peppentonio: I'd like to know exactly what is expected for August 22nd and I want to make sure while I'm here, if anything's going to be finalized, not to go on. Mr. Odowski: Not to go on? Ms. Peppentonio: Well, it's one year now. Mr. Orlowski: Not with us. Mr.~McDonald: We'll hold the public hearing and see what people have to say. So there's no way to know until you hold the hearing for sure, because you give people the chance to say what they want to say to see if it has some effect on what you think. But assuming that there's none... Ms. Peppentonio: Well this is the benefit for these people, the association, and I think they want to hold it. Mr. Edwards: This is their chance. Ms. Peppentonio: Yes Mr. Orlowski: Two deeds are required, to describe the new boundaries for Goose Creek and right-of-way, and the other to describe the new boundaries of the land owned by Tertis. Ms. Peppentonio: By a surveyor, just the boundaries? Mr. OrloWsld: The deeds to the property, describing the new properties, yes. Ms. Peppentonio: OK. Have there been any changes in the final drawing? Mr. Orlowski: No. Mr. McDonald: So the last set would be... the pergola interrupting the vertical plain and glass in the windows is the present state. Mr. Kassner: The glass in the windows is what the Board approved. Mr. McDonald: There have been no more changes since? Mr. Kassner; No. Mr. McDonald: Thank you. Mr. McDonald: I want to make sure that we're going to do this on the basis of the plan in front of us. I want to make sure which plan it is that's in front of us. Mr. McDonald: It's been quite a.while since we looked at that, and now it's up on the agenda, so I just wondered if something had happened in the interim, and why it took so long for it to get to this point.
