Mr. Ward: Good evening. I'd like to call the February 14, 1994
Planning Board meeting to order. The first order of business is
the setting of the next Planning Board meeting. The Board to
set Monday, March 7, 1994 at 7:30 P.M. at the Southold Town
Hall, Main Road, Southold as the time and place of the next
Planning Board meeting.
Mr. Orlowski: So moved.
Mr. Latham: Second.
Mr. Ward: Moved and seconded. Ail in favor?
Ayes: Mr. Latham, Mr. Orlowski, Mr. Ward
Mr. Ward: Opposed? Motion carried.

subdivision is for 20 lots on 22.9 acres located in Orient.

Mr. Lath~m: I'd like to offer this resolution.
BE IT RESOLVED that the Southold Town Planning Board continue
to hold the final hearing open for an additional time period to
expire at the Planning Board's March 28, 1994 meeting. This is
the final extension that the Planning Board will be granting for
this subdivision.

Final Determinations:
Mr. Ward: Annette Zabohonski - This minor subdivision is
for 2 lots on 5.91 acres located on Crescent Ave. on Fishers
Island.~ SCTM$ 1000-6'2-1.
Mr. Orlowski: I make a motion that
BE IT RESOLVED that the Southold Town Planning Board authorize
the Chairman to endorse the final surveys dated January 23,
1994. Conditional final approval was granted on January 31,
1994. All conditions have been fulfilled.
Mr. Latham: Second the motion.
Mr. Ward: Motion seconded. All in favor?
Ayes: Mr. Latham, Mr. Orlowski, Mr. Ward.
Mr. Ward: Opposed? Motion carried. (CHAIRMAN ENDORSED SURVEYS).
Preliminary Extensions:
Mr. Ward: Summit Estates - Section 2 & 3 - This major
su~ivision is for 35 lots on 40.8223 acres located on the
southwest corner of Main Road (NYS Rt. 25) and Shipyard Lane
in East Marion. SCTM$ 10'00-35-8-5.3.

BE IT RESOLVED that the Southold Town Planning Board grant a
six (6) month extension of preliminary approval from February
25, 1994 to August 25, 1994. Conditional preliminary approval
was granted on February 25, 1991.

existing 14,300 square foot parcel at Jackson and Third Street

BE IT RESOLVED that the Southold Town Planning Board grant
sketch approval on the map dated November 30, 1993.

Planning Board start the lead agency coordination p~ocess on
this unlisted action.

Setting of Final Hearings:
Mr. Ward: Burger King Restaurant - This proposed site plan is
for a 3,000 square foot fast food restaurant on a vacant 3 acre
parcel on Route 25 in Mattituck. SCTM% 1000-122-7-3.1.
Mr. Orlowski: I make a motion that ~
BE IT RESOLVED that the Southold Town Planning Board set
Monday, March 7, 1994 at 7:30 P.M. for a final public hearing on
the maps dated December 21, 1993.
