Discussed effects of operation of Ball Field
on their adjacent propertfes. Also mantioned the f
fact that one impression of Law would mean that
all monies for improve_ents would haVi) to be
raised by bond not out of operating budget.
COMmrS agreed to try to see that lights are
out by 9.30 P.M. nightly.to investigat. possibil-
ity of sheilding or redirecting lights.to SUppr8S
horn blowing at future games. Guest left.
Comars and Atty Lark discussed the problem
further. Atty Lark to p~epare letter for Ch
Bergen's signature .thanking guest for their
interestand assuring them that their complaints
would be given every con8ider~tlon.
