Regular meeting of the Mattituck Park
District Commiesioners was held at Commissioner
Reeve's office with all members present.
Robert L. Bergen was appointed to serve
as Temporary Chairman of the meeting.
The minutes were approved as read.
The Treasurer's report was read and approved.
Budget $4,804.16

A motion was made and seconded to have Tom
Reeve put back on the pay roll temporarily to
maintain bubble system.

By unanimous vote R.L.Bergen was appointed
Chairman. Madeline S. Haas was appointed
Secretary. Both mentioned have sighed Oaths
of Office at Town Clerk's Office.
A motion wqs made and seconded to have The
North Fork Bank and Trust Company - Mattituck
Branch - the official depository for 1969.
A motion was made and seconded to have a
police emergency call box put up at Wolf Pitt
Lake on permission of Southo1d Town Police.
No further business the meeting adjourned.
