Regular meeting of the Mattituck Park Commissioners
was held at Commissioner Reeve's office with all Commis-
sioners present. Mr. Melot, Treasurer, was absent.

~ The softball league representatives, Mr. Adams, Mr.
Zanieski, Mr. Sidor and Mr. Matthews attended the meeting
to offer their physical help in any undertakings at the
ball field. They made the following suggestions for im-
provements: Irrigation system, fencing behind first base,
bleechers and enlargement of the parking area. The men
were thanked for coming and were told they would be notified
of anything they could do when the time comes. The men
then left.
The minutes were read and approved.
The Treasurer's report, in his absence, was
presented and approved.

Mr. Bergen announced there were two bids received on

Mr. Krause was to be notified he would have charge
of overseeing the lifeguards during the summer; checking
the playground equipment and fixing what had to be re-
paired: and to get the fencing from Art Fence Co. that
is needed at the ball park.

Mr. Myrphy waS to get information on pump and
irrigation system for ball park.
Figures were to be gotten on bleechers.
Secretary was instructed to contact Mr. Wickham's
office for getting bids published for the concessions
at the Sound and Bay.
