A Codeof Ethics was cl1scussed. A park dls-
tr1ct 1s not compelled to have one. It ls an
optional thing. Park District ordinances can be
_passed at the meeting by the Commlssloners. They
~do not have to go to referendum. rX. Lark is to
draft a set of rules and regulatlons to cover all
the park properties.

It was felt that the dock and two concession stand
should be put out to bid duringthe winter months.
