Mj!leting of Board of Commissioners held at Commis-
dioner Reeve's office with all Commissioners present.

The minutes of the last meeting were read and
approved.

Robert L. Bergen was unanimously appointed as
Chairman of the District for the coming y-ear.
A motion was made, seconded and carried to appo~t
The North Fork. Bank and Trust Company- as official
depository- of the District for the year 1972.
e The Treasurer reported that his annual report is
ready to be filed.
A motion was made, seconded and carried that the
firm of Wickham & Lark. is appointed as the attorneys
for the District for the year 1972 at a fee of $750.00.
A motion was made. seconded and carried to have
Secretary order three units of bJ.eachers for the ball
park site.

Mr. Reeve and Mr. Bergen reported going to J.ook at
the rocks Mr. Howard WeJ.J.s had. They aJ.so are to J.ook
at some up at the Scouters' Lodge.
Mr. Williams is to be contacted about repatring
the tractor and any of his equipment that needs attention.
Mr. Bergen asked whether any information had been
received on the pumping station for the dock. The
Secretary was instructed to write to the State for any'
ruJ.es and reguJ.ations they ma;r have pertaining to pump-
out stations.
Mr. Murphy' reported the fence posts at Pike street
had been repaired.

Mr. Murphy' brought up the possibUity of installing
an irrigation system at WoJ.f Pit Lake for the purposes
of fiooding the ice in winter and raising the water J.e'YeJ.
during the summer. The Commissioners are going to J.ooIt
into the various possibilities and get adviee from
different pJ.umbers.
The Secretary was instructed to order 2000 parking
permits from AcadellW Printing for the J.912 season.
Mr. Murphy asked if it would be possibJ.e to have
Mr. Dean. Superintendent of HighwlliYs to smooth out the
roadwlliY at the Dock property wRen the spring comes aJ.ong.
The Commissioners suggested pJ.aniiDg trees or shllllbs
aJ.ong the west boundary 1.1ne of the baJ.J. park site.

The light bulbs at the ball park site will have to be
repJ.aced this season.
At the request of the State Auditor the Treasurer
is to ask the Long IsJ.and Lighting Company for certifica-

A motion was made, seconded and passed to rent
. Safe 'Deposit Box No. 215 at The North Fon Bank &:
Trust Company for another term.

Mr. Bergen reported having received the 1972
license for the tractor and had delivered it to Mr.
Williams. Mr. Bergen has the renewal. stub in his
office.
The commissioners discussed keeping an eye out
tor a large tank that could be used tor the p_..,.101_l!
pumping station.
