A motion was made. seconded end carried that the
bid of Mr. Nick Cyprus for the Sound Concession end
Mr. Gregory Bullockfor the Bll\Y Concession be accepted.
This was done on the advice of Mr. Lark. the attorney.
The contract for the Sound was signed and Mr. Bergen
is to get the keys from Mr. Krause and give them to
Mr. Cyprus. All other deposits have to be returned.
Mr. Bergen had a map of the proposed sidewalk next
to the LOve Lane Shoppe. It is approximately 160 feet
long. 4 feet wide. Ml'. Lark is having the advertising
done for the bids.

Mr. Murphy reported the ball field at the Bay
Avenue site has been completed and the Little League
is using it.
The Secretary reported still no word on the
pumping stal;ion requirements from the state.

,Mr. Murphy reported he was going to go to the
. Town of Hempstead to look over an ice skating rink.

Mr. Reeve reported not having seen or been in touch
with Mrs. Schwicker re: Marratooka Lake property.
Mr. Murphy still had no prices on the fibre glass
tables and benches. He would keep looking.
Motion was made seconded and carried to purchase
six park benches for the park sites.
Motion made, seconded and carried to bW a striping
machine for the ball field and bacchi court.
/.Ir. Bergen reported receiving a letter from
Phillips Investigation Service about patroling the
sites. This will be tslten up next meeting af'ter looking
into what action will be needed.

The Connnissioners were leaving the meeting early
to mslte an inspection tour of the various sites before
dat:k .
