except Mr. Hobert Bergen and Treasurer Chester
~Melot. Also present was Mr. Lloyd Hamilton.
The minutes were read and approved.
The Treasurer's report was presented and
approved.

111'. Hamllton spoke to the Commissioners
about the oondltlon of the Ea1ley Beach Slte
whloh he ~elt was In ppor shape. He oomplalned
of oampers and partles and nothlng done about
It. Mr. Murphy told I'Jr. Ham1lton that the
Distrlct had put up the snow fence separatlng
~the Town .Beach fromthe Park 51 te and that the
mmlssloners oould do nothlng about the parking
ot and Its oonditlon as that was Town property.
He further said that the Park Commissioners were
gOing to request a Police Call Box to be install-
ed at the Ea1ley .Beach Site.

~~. Hamilton also asked about bids being
~ut out for the Town Dock Site, and also about
the pulling of the floats and doc ks. Mr. Murphy
replied that nothing had been formulated, onthe
future at the Town DoCKS and that the contract
e for Mr. Heeve was continuedfor a second year.
Mr. Hamilton then left the meeting.
f/ir. Nurphy then mentioned applting for a
call box at Bailey Beach. It was passed to ask
the police to do so.
A oommunication has been received from
Civil Service regarding qualificationsof
employees. It has been tumed over to ~lr. Lark
the Park attomey.
I:r. r,jurphy reported that the COmmissioners
have been negotiating with Mr. otto Anrig and
the Schwicker Estate regarding the possible
purchase of land on Marratooka Lake.
The meeting was ad30umed and l'~. hurphy
and li~. l/eeve then left to look over the
condition of the Bailtiy Heach site.
Tellers for the voting of the budget were
Allyn Tuthill, Chippy Bennett and David Tuthill.
