Haas, Secretary, Mr. Melot took notes. e The minutes of the last meeting were read and approved. The Treasurer's report was read and approved: Budget Account Gravel Account Reserve Fund $15,517.49 5,348.38 6,661.38 $ 27,527.25 The following bills were approved for payment: II. Traveler " 35.97 Mattituek School " 210.45 Commissioners reported still waiting for appraisal figure on Schwicker property. e Commissioners Reeve and Murphy reported that they found the condition of Bailey's Beach to be reasonably good. There was not much debris left around. Commissioners decided to discontinue the Philips Investigating Patrol service for the season and also close up the sites and have the electricity cut at the ball part - ~~ter #18-969-35-3320-4. Commissioners to contact Mr. Kraus to haTe Walter Dohm cut off water in the buildings at the different sites. _ Commissioner Murphy brought up the need for .. satisfactory water supply at the ball park.
