BEING AND INTENDED TO BE part of the premises conveyed to the party of the first part by deed dated February 8, 2007, recorded March 5, 2007 in Liber 12494 page 982. SUBJECT to Declaration of Covenants and Restrictions between CDCLI Housing Development Fund Corporation and Town of Soul. hold dated 11/17/06 and recorded on 11/28J06 in Liber 12480 page 627. SUBJECT to Declaration of Covenants and Restrictions required by Southold Town Planning Board dated 12./08/06 recorded on 12J14/06 in Liber 12483, Page 291. SUBJECT to cond[tions, covenants and other terms of deed from County of Suffolk to Town of Southold dated February 8.2007 and recorded March 3, 2007 in Liber 12494, Page 981. EXCLUDING all dght, title and Interest, if any, of the party of the first part in and to any streets and roads abutting the above described premises to the center lines thereof; TOGETHER with the appurtenances and all the estate and rights of the party of the first part in and to said premises. TO HAVE AND TO HOLD the premises herein granted unto the party of the second part, the heirs or successors and assigns of the party of the second part forever. AND the party of the first part covenants that the party of the first part has not done or suffered anything whereby the said premises have been encumbered In any way whatever, except as aforesaid.
