SUBJECT to Declaration of Covenants and Restrictions required by Southold Town Planning Board dated 12J08106 recorded on 12/14/06 in Liber 12483, Page 291. SUBJECT to conditions, covenants and other terms of deed from county of Suffolk to Town of southold dated February 8, 2007 and recorded March 3, 2007 in Libor 12494, Page 951. EXCLUDING all dght, title and interest, if any, of the party of the first part in and to any streets and roads abutting the above described premises to the center lines thereof; TOGETHER with the appurtenances and all the estate and rights of the party of the first part in and to said premises.
