Point, In Cutchogue, Town of Southold, County of Suffolk and State of New
York, more padicularly bounded and described as follows:
BEGINNING ~t a point in the northerly side of premises about to be described
where the sane is intersected by the division line between the easterly side of
Vanston Road and the westerly line of Lot 250 as shown on a certain Map
entitled, 'Am=nded Map A of Nassau Point", and filed in the Office of the Clerk
of the County of Suffolk as Map No. 156;
RUNNING TH ENCE from said point or place of beginning the following courses
and distances:
1) Along the southerly terminus of Vanston Road, South 80 degrees 40
minutes 9.0 seconds West, 25 feet;
2) South 21 degrees 54 minutes 00 seconds East, 97.74 fee~;
3) North 80 ,Jegrees 40 minutes 30 seconds East, 276.70 feet to the bulkhead
at the high water mark of Wunnoweta Pond;

Vanston Road at the point or place of BEGINNING.
TOGETHER WITH an Easement of ingress and egress over roadway, as shown
on above mentioned Map out to Vanston Road.
TOGETHER']NITH the right to use the boardwalk in common with others as It
extends on to other property now or formerly of Clark to Wunn~weta Pond and
