SCHEDULE A - DESCRIPTION
ALL that certain plot, piece or parcel of land, with'the building thereon erected,
situate, lying and being in the Town of Soulhold, at Cutchogue, County of Suffolk
and State of New York, known and designated as Lot Number 8 on a certain map
entitled, "Map of Vista Bluff at Cutchogue", and filed in the Office of the Clerk of
the County of Suffolk on March 15, 1968 as Map No. 5060, bounded and
described as follows:
BEGINNING at a point on the northwesterly side of Duck Pond Road at its
intersection with the division line between Lots 8 and 9 on the aforesaid Map;
RUNNING THENCE North 56 degrees 56 minutes 00 seconds West along the
last mentioned division line, at right angles to the northwesterly side of Duck
Pond Road, 125.00 feet;
THENCE North 33 degrees 04 minutes 00 seconds East parallel to the
northwesterly side of Duck Pond Road, 180.00 feet;
THENCE South 56 degrees 56 minutes 00 seconds East again at dght angles to
the northwesterly side of Duck Pond Road, 125.00 feet to the northwesterly side
of Duck Pond Road;
THENCE South 33 degrees 04 minutes 00 seconds West along the
northwesterly side of Duck Pond Road, 180.00 feet to the point or place of
BEGINNING.
TOGETHER with Non-Exclusive Easement for Ingress and Egress over and
upon the Right of Way, 15.00 feet wide, leading northerly from Glen Court to
Long Island Sound and the Right to Use the Stairway which has been
constructed upon said Right of Way, said Easement of Ingress and Egress and
