WITNESSETH, that the party of the first part, in consideration of ten ($10.00) and other valuable consideration
paid by the party of the second part, does hereby grant and release unto the party of the second part, the heirs
or successors and assigns of the party of the second part forever.
ALL that certain ploL piece or parcel of land1 situate, lying and being at Southold, in the Town of Southold,
County of Suffolk and State of New Yo~k, mom padicularty bounded and described on Schedule A annexed
hereto and made a part hereof.
TOGETHER with all right, UUe and interest, if any, of the party of the first part in and to any streets and roads
abutting the above described premises to the center lines thereof;, TOGETHER with the appurtenances and all
the estate and rights of the party of the first part In and to said premises; TO HAVE AND TO HOLD the
premises herein granted unto the party of the second part. the heirs or successors and assigns of the party of
the second part forever,
AND the party of the tirst part covenants that the party of the first part has not done or suffered anything
whereby the said premises have been encumbered in any way whatever, except as aforesaid.
AND the party of the first part, tn compliance with Section 13 of the Lien Law, covenants that the party of the
first part will receive the consideratlo0 for lhis conveyance and will hold the dght to receive such consideration
as a bust fund to be applied first for the purpose of paying the cost of the improvement and will apply the same
first to the payment of Ihe cost of the improvement before using any part of the total of the same for any other
purpose. The word 'party' shall be construed as if it read 'parties' when ever the sense of this indenture so
requires.

ALL that tract or parcel of land lying, being and situate at Bayvicw, in thc Village and
Town of Southold, County of Suflblk and State of New York, being more parlicularly
bounded and described as follows:
Beginning at a concrete monument set on the easterly line of Bayview Road at the
southwesterly comer of land of Alfred Dart and the northwesterly comer of land now
or formerly of Ida Polywoda, being about 1950 feet southerly along said easterly line
from Pine Neck Road; and running along said land of Dart, S. 72' 59' 30" East 90.0
feet to an iron pipe; thence along other land now or formerly of Ida Polywoda, 2
courses, as tbllows:
(!) South 23' 10' 50" West 110.36 l~et to an iron pipe; thence
(2) North 72' 59' 30" West 86.0 feet to an iron pipe set on the easterly line of
Bayview Road; thence along said easterly line of Bayview Road, North 21' 06' 30"

Joan A. Polywoda by Deed dated October 31, 1953 and recorded in the Office of the
Clerk of the County of Suffolk on November 27, 1953 in Liber 3618 of conveyances
at page 343.

PART I
ALL that certain plot, piece or parcel of land, situate, lying and being at Southold in
the Town of Southold, County of Suffolk and State of New York bounded and
described as tbllows:
BEGINrNING at a point which is the southeasterly comer of land conveyed by
Theresa V. Po]ywoda to John A. Polywoda by deed dated October 23, 1976 herewith
and which is the southwesterly comer of land heretofore conveyed to Joan Polywoda
by deed recorded June 7, 1963 in Liber 5359 of Deeds page 256, which point is
distant 94 l~ct on a course South 74 degrees 44 minutes East along the southerly line
of the said lands conveyed to John A. Polywoda from a deflection point in the easterly
line of Ba),iew Road; running thence South 72 degrees 59 minutes 30 seconds East
along thc southerly line of lands of Joan Pol~voda 109.06 feet to the southeasterly
comer of lands of Joan Polywoda; running thence South 26 degrees 06 minutes 30
seconds West 8.7 feet to a point; running thence in a westerly direction more or less
along the existing IEnce line North 68 degrees 25 minutes 40 seconds West 108.03
feet to the point or place of BEGINNING.
Said deed is a correction deed and is given to correct the name of the grantee and the
description of premises heretotbre conveyed by Teresa V. Polywoda to John A.
Polywoda in a certain deed dated February 23, 1973, recorded March 7, 1973 in Liber
7355 of Deeds at page 403, and John A. Polywoda the grantee therein, joins in this
deed for the purpose of correcting the said error in the prior deed in the name of the
grantee and in the description, and for no other purposes.
BEING and intended to be the same premises conveyed to Joan Polywoda by
Correction Deed dated October 23, 1976 and recorded in the Office ofthe Clerk of
the County of Suffolk on October 29, 1976 in Liber 8131 at Page 361.

ALL that certain plot, piece or parcel of land, situate, lying and being in the Town of
Southold, County of Suffolk and State of New York, bounded and described as

BEGINNING at an iron pipe on thc boundary line between land of the party of the
first part and land now or tbrmerly of Dart; said point of beginnlng being 90 feet
southeasterly along said boundary line ti'om Ba.vview Road; said point of beginning
being also the northeasterly comer of land conveyed by the party, of the first part to
John Poliwoda and loan Poliwoda by deed dated October 31, 1953, and recorded in
the Suffolk County Clerk's office November 27, 1953; from said point of beginning
running along said land now or formerly of Dart; south 72' 59' 30" east, 127.03 feet to
an iron pipe and land now or formerly of Wilsberg; thence along said land now or
formerly of Wilsberg, south 26' 06' 30" west, 162.82 feet; thence along said land of
the party, of the first part three courses, as follows: (1) north 72' 59' 30" west, 109.06
feet; thence (2) north 19' 46' 50" east 51.09 feet; thence (3) north 72' 59' 30" west,
6.55 feet to the southeasterly comer o£ said land heretofore conveyed to Poliwoda as

Joan Polywoda by deed dated 6/5/63 recorded 6/7/63 in Liber 5359 cp 256, nye
courses: {.1) South 72 degrees 59 minutes 30 seconds East 6.55 feet; thence (2) South
19 degrees 46 minutes 50 seconds West 51.09 feet; thence along other land now or
