Surrogate's Court, Suflblk County, New York, on May 8, 2007, and by virtue of the power and
authority given in and by said last will and testament, and/or by Article I 1 &thc Estates, Powers and
Trusts Law, and in consideration of $480,000.00 paid by the party &the second part, docs hereby
grant and release unto thc party of the second part, the distributes or successors and assigns of thc
party ofthc second part forever,

SAID PREMISES being known as 100 Wood End Way, Southold, New York.
SAID PREMISES being the same premises described in the deed to the party of the first
part recorded in Liber 10302 cp 426.
TOGETHER with all right, title and inter~, if any, of the party of the first para of, in and to any
streets and roads abutting the alx~ve-descrihed premises to the centre' lines thereof;
TOGETHER with thc appurtenances and ali thc estate and ri~,hts which thc decedent had at thc time
of decedent's death in said premises, and also the estate thereto, which the party of thc first part has
the power to convey or dispose of, whether individually, or by virtue &said will or otherwise:
TO HAVE AND TO HOLD the premises herein granted unto the party of thc second part, the heirs
or successors and assigns of the party of the second part forever.
AND the party of thc first part covenants 'that the party of thc first part has not done or suffered
anything whereby thc said premises have been incumbered in any way whatever except as aforesaid.
AND thc parry of thc first part, in compliance with Section 13 of thc Lico Law, covenants that thc
party of the first part will receive the consideration for this conveyance and.will hold thc right to
receive such consideration as a trust fund to be applied first for the purpose of paying the cost of the
improvement and will apply thc same first to the payment of the cost &the improvement Ix:fore using
any part of the total of the same for any other purpose. '
The word "party" shall be construed as if it read "parties" whenever thc sense of this indenture so
