paid by the perry of the second part, does hereby grant and release unto the party Gl= the second part, the heirs

lying and being in the Village and Town of Southold in the County of Suffolk and State of New York, being more
particularly bounded and described on Schedule "A' annexed hereto and made a pert hereof.
BEING AND INTENDED TO BE the same premises as conveyed to the party of ll3e'first part by deed dated
January 25, 1993 and recorded in the Suffolk County Clerk's Office on February 17, 1993 in Liber 11618 at
Page 701, and
ALL that certain plot, piece or pan;e{ of land, situate, lying and being at Cutchogue, in the Town of Southold,
County of Suffolk and State of New York, being more particularly bounded and dascdbed on Schedule "B'
annexed hereto and mede a part hereof.
BEING AND INTENDED TO BE part of the same premises as conveyed to the perty of the first part by deed
dated April 29, 1993 and recorded In the Suffolk County Clerk's Office on June 3, 1993 in Liber 11631 at Page
553.
TOGETHER wlth all right, tffie and interest, if any, of the party of the first part In and to any streets and roads
abutiing the above described pram~Ses to the center lines thereof;, TOGETHER ~ the apl~rtenances and all
the estate and rights of the party of the first pert in and to said premises; TO HAVE AND TO HOLD the
premises herein granted unto the party of the second pert, the heirs or successors and assigns of the party of
the second pert forever.
AND the party of the first pert covenants that the party of the first part has not bone or suffered anything
whereby the said premises have been encumbered in any way whatever, except as aforesaid.
AND the party of the first pert. in core,lance with Section 13 of the Lien Law, covenants that the par~/of the
first part will receive the consideration for this conveyance and will hold the right to receive such consideration
as a trust fund to be applied first for the purpose of paying the cost o1' the improvement and will apply the same
first to the payment of the cost of the improvement before using any part of the total of the same for any other

requires.
