TOGETHER with all right, title and inleresk if any, of the party of the first part in and to any streets and
roads abutting the above described premises to the center lines thereof.
TOGETHER with the appurtenances and all the estate and rights of the party of thc first part in and to said
FO HAVE AND TO HOLD the premises herein granted unto the party of the second part, the heirs or
successors and assigns of the party of the second part forever.
AND the party of the first part covenants that the parly of the first part has not done or suffered anything
whereby the said premises have been incumbered in any way whatever, except as aforesaid.
AND THE party of the first part, in compliance with Section 13 of the Lien Law, covenants that the party
of the first part will receive the consideration for this conveyance and will hold the right to receive such
consideration as a trust fund to be applied first for the purpose of paying the cost of thc improvement, and
will apply the same first to the pa.vment of thc cost o['the improvement before using any part of the total of
the same for any other purpose. The word "party" shall be construed as if it read "parties" whenever the
sense of this indenture so requires.

ALL THAT CERTAIN PLOT, piece or parcel of land, situate, lying and being at Pceonic, in the
Town of Southold, County of Soffolk and State of New York, designated as parts of Lots Nos. 9 and I0
shown on "Map of Peconie Shores, located at Peconic, Long Island, Property of William B. Codling,
Northport, New York surveyed September ! 922 J.W. Wells, C.E. Setauket, Long Island", and filed in the
Office of the Clerk of the County of Suffolk, August 5, 1924 as Map #117, said parcel being more fully
described as follows:
BEGINNING at the southwesterly comer therefore on the northerly side of Sound View Avenue
North 54 degrees 30 minutes East 466.98 feet measured along the northerly side of Sound Avenue from the
comer formed by the intersection of the northerly side of Sound View Avenue and the westerly side of Inl~
Road;
RUNNING THENCE along the northerly side of Sound Avenue South 54 degrees 30 minutes West
55.00 feet;
THENCE North 35 degrees 30 minutes West 174.48 feet;
THENCE South 53 degrees 21 minutes 10 seconds East 58.00 feet;
THENCE South 35 deg~es 30 minutes East 173.48 feet to the northerly side of Sound Avenue, at
the point or place of BEGINNING.
TOGETHER WITH any rights, title and interests, if any, that the seller~ may have extending
to the mean high water mark of Long Island Sound.
THIS DEED IS A CORRECTION DEED TO DEED DATED JANUARY 30, 2001 WHICH
HAS BEEN RECORDED IN THE OFFICE OF THE CLERK OF THE COUNTY OF SUFFOLK
ON FEBRUARY 9, 2001 IN LIBER 12101 AT PAGE 832 ONLY TO THE EXTENT OF ADDING
THE ABOVE "TOGETHER WITH" CLAUSE.
