the party of the second part, the heirs or successors and

No. 459-2001 (5~" RESOLVED clause), and further in accordance
winh the Suffolk County Open Space Preservation Program pursuant
to Resolution No. 762-1986, as corrected by Resolution No. 1212-
1986, and as further clarified by Resolution No. 1266-1989,
Resolutibn No. 621-2004 and Authorizing Resolution No. 1131-2007
all on file with the Suffolk County Legislature and as approved
by the Suffolk County Department of Parks, Recreation and
Conservation Board of Trustees, in exercise of their duties as
authorized by Suffolk County Resolution No. 762-1986.

Milazzo Family, LLC by deed dated March 29,2001 from John P.
Milazzo and Rose L. Milazzo, recorded May 10,2001 in Liber

the above described premises to the center lines ghereof;

New York State Environmental Conservation Law (ECL) Articles 24
and 25 or its successor, and the conduct of regulated activities
may occur only pursuant to ECL Articles 24 and 25 if prior
approval is given by the New York State Department of
Environmental Conservation (NYSDEC) or its successor. Regulated
activities include, but are not limited to the erection of any
structure(s); excavation, dredging, grading, and filing:
clearing of vegetation; and application of chemicals.
THE WORD "PA~TY" shall be construed as if it read "parties"
whenever the sense of this indenture so requires.
