THIS INDENTURE, made the I~ day of tr~c ~ Two Thousand and Seven.
BETWEEN ARTHUR E. BEHRENS and DOROTHY E. BEHRENS, both residing at 49 SUNSET
LANE, GREENPORT, NEW YORK 11944, the parties of the first part,
AND JANE E. OVSEN and THOMAS A. BEHRENS, as Trustees of the ROBERT F.
BEHRENS SUPPLEMENTAL NEEDS TRUST, with a mailing address at 49 SUNSET LANE,
GREENPORT, NEW YORK 11944, the party of the second part,
WITNESSETH, that the party of the first part, in consideration of Ten Dollars and other valuable
considerationl paid by the party of the second part, docs hereby grant and release unto the party of the second
the heir~ or successors and assigns of thc party of the second part forever,
ALL that certain plot, piece or parcel of land, with the buildings and improvements thereon erected[,

assigns of the party of the second part forever.
BEINGAND INTENDED TO BE the same premises granted to the Party of the first part by Deed of dated
October 30, 1979, and recorded in the office of the Clerk of Suffolk County on November 8, 1979, at Libor
8725, at page 580.
SAID PREMISES COMMONLYKNOWNAS49 SUNSET LANE, GREENPORT, NEW YORK 11944;
and bearing a tax map designation of SECTION 033.00, BLOCK 04.00, LOT 055.00.
AND the party of the first part covenants that the party of the first pan has not done or suffered anything
whereby thc said premises have been encumbered in any way whatever, except as aforesaid.
AND the party of the first part, in compliance with Section 13 of the Lien Law, covenants that the party of
the first parl will receive the consideration for this conveyance and will hold the fight to receive such
~n as a trust fund to be applied flint for the purpose of paying the cost of the improvement and
will apply the same first to the payment of the cost of the improvement before using any part of the total of
the same for any other propose. The word "party" shall be construed as if it read "parties" whenever the
sense of this indenture so requires.
