BEHRENS, both residing at 49 SUNSET LANE, GREENPORT, NEW YORK 11944, the parties of the first part, AND JANE E. OVSEN and THOMAS A. BEHRENS, as Trustees of the ROBERT F. SAID PREMISES COMMONLYKNOWNAS49 SUNSET LANE, GREENPORT, NEW YORK 11944; and bearing a tax map designation of SECTION 033.00, BLOCK 04.00, LOT 055.00. AND the party of the first part covenants that the party of the first pan has not done or suffered anything whereby thc said premises have been encumbered in any way whatever, except as aforesaid. AND the party of the first part, in compliance with Section 13 of the Lien Law, covenants that the party of the first parl will receive the consideration for this conveyance and will hold the fight to receive such ~n as a trust fund to be applied flint for the purpose of paying the cost of the improvement and will apply the same first to the payment of the cost of the improvement before using any part of the total of the same for any other propose.
