This is a Deed is made to correct the deed, dated February 27, 2003, recorded in Llber
12237, Page 736 which erroneously named thc Trust as Grantees 'rather than the
Trustees.
TOGETHER with all fight, tide and interest, if any, of the party of the first part of, in and to any stree~ and roads abutting thc
above-described premises to the center linas thereof; TOGE'L'HRR with the appurtenances and all the estate and rights of the
~arty of the first part in and to said premises; TO HAVE AND TO HOLD the premis~ herein 8ranted unto the party of the
second part, the heirs or successors and assigns of the party of the second part forever.
AND the party of the t'trst pan coveuanu that thc party of the first part has not done or suffered anything whereby the said
xemises have been incumbered in any way whatever, except as aforesaid.
AND the party of the t'n'~t part. in compliance with Section 13 of the Lien Law, covenants that the party of thc first part will
receive the consideration for this oonvcyance and will hold die right to receive such co~ideration as a trust fund to be applied
